How to Save Cost Doing Flyer Distribution?

We suggest doing more, instead of doing 10,000pcs you do 20,000pcs flyer distribution.

How do I save cost for my flyer distribution?
Let’s say you know that your return rate is 0.12%, instead of doing 10,000pcs of flyer distribution, we will do 20,000pcs. Base on the same rate of 4% I will have 800 (for 20k volume) instead of 400 (for 10k volume).

Let’s say we get 10% for lead generation, its equal to 80 (for 20k volume) leads vs 40 (for 0k volume) lead. Under conversion let’s say we get 30%, we will have 24 (for 20k volume) instead of 12 (for 10k volume), meaning we have double the number of customers we will be having a base on the same rate of return. However, how much do you save even if you do more? If you do two rounds of flyer distribution the cost is SGD 1,320.

We are giving you a discount of SGD 250, you will only do the distribution at SGD 1,070. So what is the acquisition cost?
The acquisition cost will be 1070 / 24 = SGD 44
So how much do you save? Compare to SGD 55 there is a 20% discount. Now you are getting sales at lower cost. You could be asking why are there only 10% of leads that is calling you, instead of the 90%. Its because most of us like to wait, and will not act immediately, trust me because you are one of them.

Quick Guide Acquisition Cost

A quick guide to flyer distribution cost saving (Lower Acquisition Cost).

A quick guide to flyer distribution cost saving (Lower Acquisition Cost). What is acquisition cost? And how would volume affect acquisition cost?

We will take 10k flyer as an example how many people interested in your flyer offer? Let’s say 2% – 4% we use 4% as calculations it will be 400 people interested in your flyer. And how many of this 400 people will engage in your service? Let’s say 8% – 10% we will use 10% as an example so that will be 40 customers. How many customers are you able to close the sales? Normally 20% – 15%, take note different industry have different practices. We will take 30% for this example and it will give us 12 customers.

So let’s calculate, what is the return rate? Return rate will be 12/10,000 which is 0.12% and what is the cost of doing 10k flyer print and distribution that will be SGD 660. What is the acquisition? acquisition cost is the amount of money you spent to get the customer which is 660/12 will give you SGD 55. You spent SGD 55 to acquire 1 customer.

Now how do we save the acquisition cost? And how do we determine the volume?. Lets say right now we will do 20k. You understand that the return rate is 0.124% we will use the same 0.124% to cover this example it should be 800 instead of 400.

Instead of 40 now you get 80, instead of 12 now it will be 24. now think about the cost. instead of SGD 660, you have to multiply by 2, you will get SGD 1,320 of course if you do more we will extend and give a discount to our customers. The discount to this is SGD 250 and therefore your cost will be only SGD 1,070 instead of SGD 1,320.

And what is your acquisition now if you only pay for SGD 1,070 it will be 1070/24 you will get SGD 44. So the difference between acquiring a customer using SGD 44 vs SGD 55? the difference is 20% and that explains the saving for doing 20k instead of 10k.
