Terms & Conditions

  1. Introduction
    These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the services provided by Iken Marketing (“Company”) to the client (“Client”). By engaging with our services, the Client agrees to these terms.
  2. Services Provided
    Iken Marketing specializes in marketing solutions, including but not limited to the handling and delivery of marketing materials through third-party partners.
  3. Third-Party Partnership & Responsibility
    • SingPost Partnership: The Client acknowledges and agrees that Iken Marketing partners with SingPost as a third-party service provider to facilitate the fulfillment and delivery of marketing materials.
    • Scope of Iken Marketing’s Role:
      • Our responsibility is limited to the handling and delivery of materials to SingPost.
      • Once the materials are handed over to SingPost, we will provide proof of delivery to the Client.
      • Beyond this point, Iken Marketing holds no further liability regarding the logistics, timing, or condition of the delivery handled by SingPost.
  4. Client Responsibilities
    The Client agrees to:

    • Provide accurate and complete information for service execution.
    • Approve all materials before submission for delivery.
    • Acknowledge that delivery times and final logistics fall under SingPost’s terms and conditions.
  5. Payment Terms
    • All fees must be paid as per the invoice terms.
    • Payment is required regardless of any delays or issues encountered by SingPost after proof of delivery is provided.
  6. Limitation of Liability
    • Iken Marketing is not liable for any delays, loss, or damages caused by SingPost or any third-party service provider.
    • Any disputes regarding delivery should be directed to SingPost once proof of handover has been provided.
  7. Termination
    Either party may terminate this Agreement with [X] days’ written notice. The Client must settle all outstanding payments before termination.
  8. Governing Law
    This Agreement shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction].
  9. Entire Agreement
    This Agreement represents the full understanding between Iken Marketing and the Client and supersedes any prior discussions or agreements.
